Work visa
VITEM V
This visa applies to foreigners who wish to obtain legal employment in Brazil. The Employment Contract will be determined for up to 2 (two) years, extended for up to 2 years and/or extendibility with an indefinite term contract.
Average processing time: 3 months
Validity: 12 months (extendable)
Sports Visa
VITEM XII
The Sports Visa is granted to foreign athletes who wish to train in Brazil or work professionally here.
You must be over 14 and under 21 if you are an athlete in training/not yet professional. In addition, a document proving their relationship with the Brazilian entity that will train them must be presented.
The athlete in training can only receive the payment via a training stipend. For a professional athlete, the presentation of the employment contract with a Brazilian club is required.
Average processing time: 3 months
Validity: 90 days up to 2 years (extendable)
Technical Visa
VITEM X
Technical Visa is granted to specialized labor to carry out technical visits for maintenance and installation of equipment or transfer of external technology at the service of Brazilian companies.
He maintains his bond as an employee of the foreign company that he represents or is hired in his country of origin.
Average process time: 3 months
Validity: 12 months (extendable)
Artist Visa
VITEM XII
The Artist Visa is granted to foreign artists who come to Brazil to work within their profession.
The most common professions for this visa are models, singers, painters, etc. It also applies to technicians and other professionals who, in an extended capacity, participate in an artist’s work.

Validity: 90 days up to 2 years (extendable)
Investment Visa
VITEM IX
Known in several countries as "Golden Visa", the investment visa is an option for those who have capital for investment and want to stay in Brazil.
Validity: provisional 02 years, to ensure the property is being maintained and remains with the same owner. After this period, the visa becomes permanent.

Validity: 12 months (extendable)
